New Functions: 1. Find Pulse Width The function is implemented to find the pulse width aiming at the single channel and the single channel in the Bus. The desired Bus or channel can be selected in the Signal Name column; the width value can be entered in the (Min/Max) Pulse Width column according to the Sampling Site Display or Time Display which is selected by the program. 2. Analog Waveform The curve is used to display the changed status of the data. It looks like a waveform, however, in fact, it is used to show the changed status of the data. 3. Chain-Data-Find Chain-Data-Find is mainly used to find some consecutive data in the packet during the process of Bus analysis. 4. Reverse for Waveform The function of Reverse is used to reverse the captured signal. For example, the high level is changed into low level, and the low level is changed into high level. At the same time, the result of the Reverse is displayed with the broken line. 5. Memory Analyzer The function of Memory Analyzer is used to divide the packet formats in the protocol analyzer and display the Address and Data in an independent list which is better for learning the corresponding relations and status between the Address and Data in the communication of protocol analyzers. Moreover, when users use this function, they can learn its operation, which can improve the efficiency of learning the status. 6. Multi-stacked Logic Analyzer Settings (It only supports LAP-C (32128), LAP-C (321000) and LAP-C (322000).) Many logic analyzers with the same type adopt some method to connect with the hardware, and the independent logic analyzers are stacked to work by the software, which reinforces the analytic function of the logic analyzer. It mainly functions in two aspects, such as increasing the RAM Size and the number of the test channels. Memory Stack: The transmitted signal which makes the memory of the first logic analyzer full will works as the trigger signal to activate the second logic analyzer to capture data. And the third and the fourth logic analyzers will work according to the principle in sequence. Then the software will deal with the captured data to realize the function of Memory Stack. Channel Stack: The Channel Stack is set to make the sampling parameters of stacked logic analyzer same, and set the same signal to the synchronous channels of the stacked logic analyzers, then the stacked logic analyzers will begin to capture the data at the same time. At last the software will deal with the captured data to realize the function of channel stack. 7. Software Version Information Display The software will open a small window after activating the software, and the window will display the current version of the software, the new functions or the modification status. It is convenient for users to learn the current version information of the software. 8. Pulse Width Trigger The function of Pulse Width Trigger is used to set the trigger of the pulse width in a given range aiming at the single channel. Modification Functions: 1. Modify some Chinese and English words Before Modification: The Chinese words are unsuitable. After Modification: The Enable has been changed into Signal Filter; the Customize has been changed into Common Setup and the relative words have been modified; the Properties has been changed into Trigger Property; some words on the Statistics window have been modified. Modified Items during the R&D: 1. For the Find Pulse Width function, we suggest adding an unit. In order to avoid the misunderstanding of the function, we add the “us” or “ns” under the Time Mode. Before Modification: There is no unit for the input position of the Pulse Width-Find dialog box. When changing the display mode between Sampling Site Display and Time Display, users will misunderstand that the function is wrong. After Modification: There has been added an unit. 2. Channel Stack: When the channels of the second Logic Analyzer are grouped into Bus, the Data of the Bus is decoded wrongly. Before Modification: The Bus Data of the second LA is decoded wrongly. After Modification: It can be decoded correctly. 3. Channel Stack: The synchronous channel is A0; the first LA is A0 and the second is E0. But the same signal displays the different waveform at times. Before Modification: The A0 and E0 have the same signal, but the waveform display is different at times. After Modification: The waveform display is same. 4. Channel Stack: In the Synchronous Trigger Condition, the Trigger Condition can’t be changed when setting the condition as Falling Edge or High or Low. For example: when the Trigger Condition is set as Falling Edge, press OK. Open the dialog box again and change the Trigger Condition to High, the Trigger Condition on the software interface is still the Falling Edge. Before Modification: The Synchronous Trigger Condition can’t be changed. After Modification: The Synchronous Trigger Condition can be changed normally. 5. Channel Stack: Setting the Synchronous Channel is not A0, such as A1, but it seems that it is still A0 which is judging the signal. Before Modification: There is no action when changing the Synchronous Channel. After Modification: It can judge the synchronous channel normally. 6. Data Statistics: The channels of the second LA can’t be displayed. Before Modification: The channels of the second LA weren’t displayed. After Modification: The channels of the second LA can be displayed normally. 7. There is short of Port D in the Channel Parameter dialog box of the Statistics function. Before Modification: There is short of Port D in the Channel Parameter dialog box. After Modification: It has been modified. 8. There is an inaccurate word in the About ZEROPLUS Logic Analyzer dialog box. Before Modification: There is an inaccurate word. After Modification: It has been modified. 9. The Address Mode has been changed to Sampling Site Display, but the Tooltip and Status Area aren’t modified in the software interface. Before Modification: The Address Mode has been changed into Sampling Site Display, but it isn’t replaced completely. After Modification: It has been modified. 10. The Trigger Properties is changed to the Trigger Property, but the title of the dialog box isn’t modified. Before Modification: The Trigger Properties is changed to the Trigger Property, but the title of the dialog box isn’t modified After Modification: It has been modified. 11. When activating the Display Bar of the Signal Filter, there is no Signal Filter Packet in the Packet List. Before Modification: There is no Signal Filter Packet in the Packet List. After Modification: The Signal Filter Packet can be displayed normally. 12. The words, Signal Filter, aren’t modified for the English words of the Tooltip. Before Modification: The words, Signal Filter, weren’t modified completely. After Modification: It has been modified. 13. For the Analog Waveform function, the judging point of the value is set as the center point of the value at present. We suggest changing to the Start Point of Data. Before Modification: For the Analog Waveform function, the judging point of the value is the center point of the waveform; we suggest changing to the start point of the waveform. After Modification: It has been changed to the Start Point of Data. 14. For the Channel Parameter of the Statistics function, the displayed channels of the LA behind the second LA seem be opposite to the selected channels. Before Modification: The displayed channels are different from the selected channel in the Channel Parameter dialog box of the Statistics function. After Modification: It has been modified. 15. In the Memory Stack, the Trigger Position is 50%, and there is 1clock noise; it is just in the previous clock of Rising Edge of the Synchronous Channel. Before Modification: In the Memory Stack, the Trigger Position is 50%, and there is 1clock noise. After Modification: There is no noise. 16. When the Trigger Position is more than 50% during the Memory Stack, the T Bar does not stay in the position where the first Trigger Condition is coincided. Before Modification: When the Trigger Position is more than 50%, the T Bar does not stay in the position where the first Trigger Condition is coincided. After Modification: The T Bar stays in the position where the first Trigger Condition is coincided. 17. Memory Stack: Use the Trigger Page to compare, the waveform of the second LA can’t be displayed when activating the Memory Stack. Before Modification: The waveform of the second LA can’t be displayed when activating the Memory Stack. After Modification: The waveform can be displayed normally. 18. Data Statistics: when activating the Channel Stack, the channels of the second LA aren’t included in the Statistics. Before Modification: The Statistics function can’t be activated for the channels of the second LA. After Modification: It can count the data normally. 19. When selecting the Channel Stack, and activating the Statistics function, the Trigger Condition of the Synchronous Channel has moved to the other channel after moving the channel in the Bus/Signal Column and closing the Statistics function; . Before Modification: The Trigger Condition of the Synchronous Channel would move to the other channel. After Modification: The Trigger Condition of the Synchronous Channel won’t move. 20. Channel Stack: When activating the Compression function, there is the data (OX1) for Bus; but there is not this data (OX1) in the software interface. Before Modification: When activating the Compression function, there is the data (OX1) for Bus, but there is not this data (OX1) in the software interface. After Modification: The above problem has been solved. 21. The words, Trigger Properties, have been changed to Trigger Property, but the Tooltip and Right-key Menu on the Trigger Column haven’t been modified. Before Modification: The words, Trigger Properties, have been changed to Trigger Property, but it isn’t replaced completely. After Modification: It has been modified. 22. When setting the Bit of the DATA of IIC is too long, there is not enough space for writing down the words in the table of the Memory Analyzer. Before Modification: The table is too small for the Memory Analyzer; when the Bit of DATA is too long, the data will be hided. After Modification: The data can be displayed correctly. 23. When activating the Signal Filter function, the data of BUS can’t be displayed correctly. Before Modification: When activating the Signal Filter function, the data of BUS can’t be displayed correctly. After Modification: The data of BUS has been modified. 24. When the Software is installed, some computers can’t display the version information dialog box after opening the program, and it will hint that the file can’t be found; but the document is in the file exactly. Before Modification: There is no Version Information Display, and it hints that the file can’t be found. After Modification: It can display the Software Version Information dialog box normally. 25. When opening the Software and not connecting the Hardware, it will display “Hardware Searching failed!”; after connecting the Hardware, press “Retry”; the Software still can’t be opened. Before Modification: The Retry function is not effective. After Modification: When displaying “Hardware Searching failed!”, the Software can be opened after connecting the Hardware, and pressing “Retry”. 25. In the Vista System, the “Report a Problem” dialog box will display the Error information. Before Modification: In the Vista System, the “Report a Problem” dialog box will display the Error information. After Modification: The “Report a Problem” dialog box can be used to report a problem. 26. For the Trigger Module, when setting the value, it will lack 10ns at times if using the hundredth. Before Modification: For Trigger Module, when setting the value, it will lack 10ns at times if using the hundredth. After Modification: There is no error. 27. When two software of the same model are activated at the same time, it will display the selectable models, for example, the SNs of LAP-C (32128) are 01 and 02. If selecting 02, the SN displayed on the top left corner the software interface is “01”. Before Modification: When two software of the same model are activated, the SN displayed on the top left corner of the software interface is still “01” after selecting the second SN. After Modification: The SN of the software is displayed normally. 28. In the “About ZERPLUS Logic Analyzer”, please mark that “It only supports the LAP-C (32128), LAP-C (321000) and LAP-C (322000)” for the Multi-stacked Logic Analyzer Settings. Before Modification: It doesn’t mark that the Multi-stacked Logic Analyzer Settings function only supports the 32CH Models; it is easy to make a misunderstanding. After Modification: The limitation information has been added. 29. The data of the Packet List don’t have the time precision after one second. So the data which is over one second can’t be analyzed. Before Modification: The data of the Packet List haven’t the time precision after one second. After Modification: The precision can be kept 6 decimal behind the radix point. 30. When more than two LAs are connected to the computer, the software can’t judge the model. Before Modification: When more than two LAs are connected to the computer, the software can’t judge the model. After Modification: It can judge the model of the LAs which have been connected to the computer. 31. When three software of the same model are opened at the same time, and the SNs are 01, 02, 03 respectively, the application program will appear error information as running the software after activating the function of Multi-stacked Logic Analyzer Settings, selecting the (SN 01, 02) or (SN 02, 03) to test. But if selecting the (SN 01, 02) to test, the operation of the test is normal. Before Modification: When there are three LAs of the same model to start stacking, and only selecting two LAs (M1, M3 or M2, M3) for stacking in the Multi-stacked Logic Analyzer Settings dialog box, the software will display an applicaton error. After Modification: The software can be used normally. 32. The list box is too small for the Protocol Analyzer Packet of the Protocol Analyzer Trigger; some Packet’s names are hided. Before Modification: The list box is too small for the Protocol Analyzer Packet of the Protocol Analyzer Trigger; some Packet’s name are hided. After Modification: If the text is too long, it will display the whole text automatically when moving the mouse on it. 33. When opening the former file, the displayed model is wrong; the selected file is saved by the LAP-C Series, but the displayed model is LAP-A Series. Before Modification: When opening the former file, the displayed model is wrong. After Modification: It can display the LAP-C Series model normally. 34. If opening two different Hardware at the same time, there is no displaying for the SN when opening the Software. For example, if activating the Hardware of LAP-C (32128), LAP-C (321000), the SN can’t be displayed on the software when opening the software of LAP-C (321000). Before Modification: When opening two different Hardware at the same time, there is no the SN Display when opening the Software. After Modification: The SN can be displayed normally. 35. If opening three Hardware at the same time, the software will be forced to close when opening the LAP-C (16032). Before Modification: If opening three Hardware at the same time, the software will be forced to close when opening the LAP-C (16032). After Modification: The LAP-C (16032) Software can be activated normally. 36. When analyzing two SPI modules, some data of the second BUS will move one frame right when exporting the waveform. Before Modification: When analyzing two SPI modules, some data of the second BUS will move one frame right when exporting the waveform. After Modification: The data is arranged tidily. 37. When activating the Double Mode of the LAP-C (162000), the software will be forced to close. Before Modification: When activating the Double Mode of the LAP-C (162000), the software will be forced to close. After Modification: It can use the Double Mode normally. 38. It can’t open the file which is saved by the V3.04.01. Before Modification: It can’t open the file which is saved by the V3.04.01.
